Dinner at Sushi Henzo
Seven photographs from an omakase dinner in Tianhe, Guangzhou.
I went to Sushi Henzo with the same person as the Black Iron dinner the day before. Both meals belonged to the same planned visit.
The photographs begin with prawn and octopus, followed by several pieces of nigiri. Later images show glazed fish and uni held in nori. There is no written record of the full menu.
